introduction

What is this?

This portfolio document showcases a sample QA project design I’ve built for “Inscryption: VR”, a fictional variant of my favorite game with the goal of give you a concrete look at how I approach high complexity projects- using inventive workflow design, automation, and structured leadership.

Everything found here, from test strategy to reporting frameworks is original work, based on my real-world experience running QA teams.

If you want to see how I’d tackle a tough project at your company, this is one of my blueprints.

Scenerio

Daniel Mullins’ cult classic, Inscryption, is being brought to life in VR with a full-featured port targeting launch in just over six months. To ensure the project meets its aggressive schedule and quality targets, stakeholders have brought in Disturbing Future QA to design a comprehensive testing strategy from the ground up.

With a release date set for six and a half months out, leadership has requested a detailed QA project design within two weeks.

The requested proposal is expected to outline the resource requirements, risk areas, and overall test approach. This deliverable is intended to help stakeholders assess whether the proposed QA plan aligns with the technical and production needs of the VR port, and to guide initial team staffing and tooling decisions.
